If you are selected to move forward to the interview phase, you will be contacted by a member of the Talent Acquisition team. A candidate will typically go through three rounds of interviews—
- The first interview is usually conducted via phone or video with a member of the Talent Acquisition team.
- In the second interview, you’ll have a chance to chat with a member of the hiring team, over video. This conversation is usually more technical and focuses on the day-to-day responsibilities of the role.
- The final interview is a video interview with the hiring leader and their team. This may include discussions around technical competencies, alignment to our organization, and role-based assessments
