Alisa Viejo, CA., Sept. 12, 2024 – Zing Healthcare, an insurance company expanding access to comprehensive and equitable care for medically underserved populations, has partnered with UST HealthProof for core administration Business Processing as a Service (BPaaS) Solution. These services include claims administration and operational and technical support.

The Zing team signed a five-year contract with UST HealthProof to provide end-to-end Core Administration Business Processing as a Service (BPaaS) solution for their Medicare Advantage plan. As a growing health plan, Zing is expanding its services beyond its initial base in Cook County, Illinois to include other counties in Illinois, Michigan, and Indiana.
